McLaren impose alcohol ban

Ron Dennis has banned McLaren’s 2007 driver lineup from drinking alcohol. After his drivers trained with Olympic athletes in Finland, Dennis told the Mirror: “We don’t see why drivers need to have even one drink in the course of a season.”
And what about their sponsor Johnnie Walker ? They’ll be one disappointed lot. But really, Alonso & young Lewis does not have stories floating around of drunk-driving, unlike Kimi. So why enforce such a thing now ?

I read that report and thought it was weird… and now that you’ve mentioned their sponsor (it slipped my mind) it’s hilarious!
Maybe its precisely why they’ve imposed the ban!
